The University of Washington holds a rich history in arts and entertainment. From an infamous performance by Nirvana at the HUB Ballroom to an intimate film screening by Wes Anderson in a tiny classroom — this university has hosted some of the world's most influential artists before they ever hit legendary status. Let's celebrate that. AND THEN I GOT FAMOUS is a projection show to recount those iconic on-campus moments in pop culture, brought to you by ASUW Arts & Entertainment: The one and only student organization that finds these legends. Whether you're down the street or still stuck at home, we're not letting you start the year under a rock again. Using sound and video projection at the facade of Kane Hall during Dawg Daze, we bring you a unique concert experience that you can headbang to—offline or online. Come hang, swipe some merch, and make history with us.
