Bridging the crucial time gap between remote backcountry traumatic limb fractures and professional medical care, this product enables the user to provide more effective first aid. Utilizing the rigid structure and adjustability of hiking poles, combined with designated straps that stow away, this product can be used to provide stability and security to the limb. By lengthening the device, once attached to a limb, traction is created. Thereby reducing muscle cramping and bone-end contact. As a result, increasing the comfort of the patient, making them more mobile, and reducing the risk of further injury.
